I put my Versa on its charger while I jumped in the shower. After getting ready to grab it on my way to work I noticed it was warm to the touch (which has not been my experience during prior charges).
I have tried all the options discussed on the board for restarting and factory reset with no luck. Also my wife and daughter each have a Versa, so I attempted to charge my device on their chargers with no luck. I have only had this Versa since February 2019.
Does anyone know the process to start a warranty claim?

Hi, do not charge your Versa anymore and contact Customer Support asap.
