Why does my versa have vertical lines and glitching occurs regularly?

Hi, might be a hardware issue. Have you already tried restarting your Versa several times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill the Fitbit logo appears and release the buttons? If that does not solve the problem, contact Customer Support.
