Versa gone black

Hi any one got any ideas how to get the clock back on my versa it’s gone blank everything else seems to be working

I am sorry to hear your Versa's screen has gone black. Thank you for your efforts to resolve this and sharing that everything else seems to be working. I recommend doing the following:

 

  1. Switch to a Fitbit clock face if you're using a third party clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
