Hi,
I have a Versa which got locked due to entering wrong pin a lot of times and it got unpaired/unsynced from my phone.
So now I am not able to connect it back to my phone. If I try to add a new versa, it detects and says to type the 4 digit pin shown on the versa to pair. The problem is that I can't see the 4 digit pin as my screen says "Unlock with Your Phone" all the time.
I have tried the hard reset as well but it doesnt factory reset.
Does anyone know how to resolve this issue? How about removing the battery and reconnecting it? or is there a way to reinstall versa firmwate from usb?
Any help is appreciated.

Hi @Arsalan, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since it got locked and it won't reset. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
In order to avoid any confusion on my end, please let me know how the factory reset was performed. Was it done as described below?
Regarding your questions, I'm afraid that the battery can't be removed and the firmware version can't be re-installed.

Hi JuanJoFitbit, Thanks for your message. Yes I followed all the steps many times and after step 2, the Versa does not vibrate. The screen stays blank.
Am I doing anything wrong? Maybe I am not releasing the bottom rigt button at the right time. But I tried a lot of times its not working.
