Versa has Died

This is the second versa that I purchased, the others that I own (which also died) were replacements from other replacements that died after the first one died. What am I doing wrong? I was careful not to use all the features available on the watch for fear that it would die like the other ones but this week I decided to track my exercise using the track exercise feature on the device and now my device is dead.

I have had the same issue too!  This is my third watch in 3 years.  Seems that their life span is one year.  All of mine seem to slowly die after an update.

Its more likely to be flat - check its charging properly.

I lost my Versa 2 charger & bought a new one... have had it charging overnight and still does not turn on at all... I’m guessing after reading so many reviews it’s likely now dead. I have owned it for a year and hardly used it always had issues with it. For $300+ dollars should have just got an Apple smart watch

I believe Fitbit has built a defective product. What I do not understand is why they still have it on the market.  I have read too many issues in the forum related to the lifespan of the versa. If Fitbit refuses to take it off the market, they should lower the price to correspond with the performance. I like Fitbit a great deal and I would hate to leave them but I now have doubts about the trustworthiness of their products.  If I invest $300 for the Versa 3 or Sense will I have a dead watch in less than a year? They have to do better.
