Versa has a black screen

Hello! 

 

 My versa was working all day but all of a sudden I got an email saying that my battery was low . I went to charge it because it wouldn’t turn it . After a few hours it still won’t turn on, just a black screen. I tried to restart it and it still is blank. Has anyone had this problem?

@CicconeJ951 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't turn on or take a charge. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article also contains the restart process but you can skip it since you already tried it. After this, charge your Versa for 2-3 hours and see if it gets back to life.

I tried everything and now the screen is lighting up but the screen is blank

74% charge last night black screen and app can't find device!!!

Mine did this the other day. I was at a 64% charge and it's no more then a month old. So its working when I woke up and within 15 min of getting to my gym it quit.i tried charging it and the power button and nothing. But it was still registering steps. It was off for a few hours before I scratched the charging spot and it suddenly turned back on. So good luck I hope it starts working again
