My watch suddenly became unresponsive yesterday. It still vibrates, alerts me to texts/email, hits my step goal, keeps track of everything still too, but the screen WILL NOT wake up. I've tried the holding the e buttons down, nothing has worked. I'm so upset about it..and I cant figure out how to get in contact with ACTUAL customer support...so I'm finally writing here hoping to get answers.

I have exactly the same problem today Fitbit needed charging and since then has only blank screen Hopefully we might get some help tomorrow

Mine has not worked since May 28th....won't wake up.....

My Versa also suddenly became unresponsive today. It is a black screen and I cannot get anything to come up. It is fully charged and seems to still be syncing, but screen is totally black.

I've this problem too. At first it was just the blank screen and my versa seemed to be still syncing and charging. I managed to reboot it following tips I found on here. But now its stopped charging and synching altogether. Feel so strange not having it on me now. I've been wearing one type or the last few years.

Does fitbit even read these community messages? I would expect some type of response at the least. We buy their products and they don't seem to care when the products quick working.
