Versa has connection and notifications issues

Hi,

I just bought the Versa Smart watch and paired with One Plus 6T phone. My Watch is keep getting disconnected from Bluetooth and not receiving the regular calls and texts. I only receive calls till  5mins of syncing the device. Tried few things.

1. Phone Software uninstall and install done.

2. Watch factory reset done.

3. Bluetooth Device forget and reconnect done.

4. Restarted with all three button of watch pressed at once.

Still not able to get the continues connection and not i got fed up with this. Urgent help is needed

Hi @Jaideeps , your phone is not in the list of supported devices by Fitbit yet. The 6 is but the 6T not. This may explain your problemd. Regards kuzibri

@Jaideeps, welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the connection and notifications issues that your Versa is experiencing, @SunsetRunner is correct. I'm afraid that the One Plus 6T is not in the Supported devices list.

 

However, I'd like you to give your vote to this Feature Suggestion which requests compatibility of this model. The more votes this request gets, the more chances it will have to be reviewed by our engineers. I appreciate your patience and understanding with this.
