Versa has disappeared from app

I just upgraded to Versa 3 from Versa original recipe.  The old Versa no longer shows up in app and I have a lot of activity Under to sync.  Any help appreciated.

Hi @DeaconDrew when you replaced the Versa with the Versa 3 you where warned that the Versa would be removed. The Fitbit app did one last sync before it removed the Versa. 

 

What activity are you asking about, no activity is stored on the tracker or phone. 

What do you see on Fitbit.com

Did not see that warning.  This was not a great transition. They never are with fitbit.

All your past data should be visible in the Fitbit app and at Fitbit.com. 

Are you sure that you did not create a new account?
