Hi all,
My fitbit was purchased for Xmas last year. I've had it replaced as it stopped syncing. Now its just gone of and is totally unresponsive to everything I try! Can anyone suggest my next move?

I'm sorry to hear you are having issue with your Versa. Assuming the screen is black, but have you checked to see if it's still tracking steps? I had my Versa go to a black screen yesterday, but I noticed it was still tracking my steps and syncing with my mobile. I was able to restart it several times and it came back to life. You may have already tried this, but if not, hold down the button for at least 10 seconds, it should shutdown and restart, displaying the Fitbit logo. If it doesn't work the first time, try it few more times and hold down the button for 20 seconds. If that doesn't do the trick, then contacting Customer Service would be my next suggestion.
