Both my daughter and I have the same Versa (purchased about 18months ago). My daughters has suddenly stopped charging and won't turn on at all. I have read a lot of the forums and tried the following:
- purchasing a new charger (it charges mine so definitely works) but doesn't charge her. It brings up the red 0% on the screen but never gets any charge.
- left it charging for days to give plenty if time.
- cleaned the contact points on Versa with alcohol cleaner.
- Tried 3 button factory restart but nothing happens .
- Tried left button turn on but nothing.
Any advise/support appreciated. I dont believe 18months is acceptable to expect a battery to die. The watch wasn't dropped etc before the charging failed to happen. It was just normal use bit it did turn off because battery level got so low and then we tried a normal attempt to recharge.

No help I know but I have come on here looking for advice as mine has just done the same thing. I hope we can get sorted.
