Versa has started to randomly shutdown

Versa has started to randomly shutdown and only way to get it back on is to put on charging unit for an hour or 2, even though it is already fully charged. Third time this has happened this week. Extremely frustrated with this piece of junk, nothing only bother with it.

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

I ve already tried this works for about aan hr a d then goes of again. Has now stopped working altogether. Only shows life when connected to charger dock

Spoke with Cora from Customer Care earlier today and she has processed a replacement device for me under warranty
