Versa randomly vibrates

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

i have a fitbit versa which has started for the past week, random vibrating. i have done some of my own checks and found out it is doing it due to bluetooth connection with my phone. i have  a brand new model phone and never had issues before. i now have to turn the bluetooth off on my phone or not wear my fitbit to bed. any other suggestions how to solve this issue as driving me nuts.

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

@wozzer1969, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it's vibrating randomly.

I'd just like to know if the issue persists or if it got resolved after trying the restart process that @SunsetRunner advised.

If you found his post helpful, please accept it as a solution so other users that experience the same issue can find it easier.

Looking forward to your response.

no it has not sorted it and now i have to take it off when sleeping as its started to vibrate random and wake me up. this was not happening before the update. if it cant be resolved then i might as well sell it.

as i stated, i have discovered that if i turn off my phone bluetooth or unpair the fitbit then its stops the issue.

thanks for response but should not really have to restart it several times. it cost £200 so would not expect this issue especially as it started after the last update.

no it did not resolve it. i have also found out that i am struggling to change the clock face to a new one. i will add that the problems have only started since last update. getting sick of it now to be honest as i have been a loyal fitbit customer and owned a few different ones.

@wozzer1969, I'm sorry for the late response. I totally understand how you feel about these issues.

Since the issues persist, I'd like you to try one more workaround that has been helpful for this type of issues. Please try a factory reset. To do so on your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data. After this, set up our watch from scratch and see if the issues get fixed.

Keep me posted on the outcome.

I have been experiencing the same thing but my phone isn't new and has been synced multiple times but still random vibes, confused

Same thing with mine. My fitbit wouldn't sync anymore so they sent me a new one. It works fine now except for the random vibrating. I've reset it multiple times, no luck.
