Received Versa 2 May 2019, It quit working after 1 year. I tried all the tips to reset versa but nothing worked. The watch is done. I understand it is not under warranty anymore but for the cost of these products, not to work after only one year in my opinion, is not a good quality product. Seems to have happened to others as well. I did not even use all the features, so it wasn't even excessive use. Not sure if majority of products fail after only one year (expired warranty), but I expected more. I would not spend a decent amount of money on this product or any other product if I had knowledge it would be useless in a little over a year. Disappointed in product.

Please note that our main purpose is to avoid negative experiences to our customers, we're always willing to help and provide troubleshooting steps. Our products are indeed designed and made to last (this goes for each product component) however, there is not an infallible way to ensure that no issues will be present in the long run. Because of this, our Warranty Policy is set into providing as much coverage as we can.
To better assist you, would you mind giving me more details of the issue you're experiencing with your Versa? In which way has your watch stopped working?

This has also happened to me. However mine is a Versa 1. The heart rate monitor went first and then after the latest firmware update it stopped syncing. I removed it and tried to add the device again but it said it was unable to find it. I’m sad because I’ve loved my Versa!
