Both the hour and the minutes are wrong on a new Versa! Can this be changed ? If so, how?

Are you using a third party clockface? I have had his happen more than once in the almost month that I have been using my Versa with third party faces. If not, have you tried three restarts of your Versa (hold down the left button until you see the Fitbit logo) and then sync to your mobile device/computer? It can be frustrating as this device also serves as a watch. If this does not work you may want to reach out to support. Good luck!

If your Versa is showing the incorrect time, I recommend changing your timezone to a complete different one, sync your watch, put the correct time and sync again. To change your time follow the instructions provide in the help article How do I change the time on my Fitbit device?. Also make sure that your phone has the timezone you prefer.

I have the same issue, plus many more and I am close to returning my versa.
I tried changing the time zone many, many times. The instructions say to go to advance settings, choose a different time zone, hit submit. I don't have a submit button.
In the instructions that list how to change from 12 hour clock to 24 hour clock, they say to go to advance setting and then to display clock time, well, this isn't an option on my phone in the fit bit app.
my phone sees the watch but it's like the watch doesn't see the phone, plus the fact that I don't have the options listed to press submit....
When I go to wifi settings, it turns and turns, never showing me my network at home or work. It finally times out.
This is beyond frustrating, the thing worked for 1 week.

so far changing the time zone has not worked for me, I also have a heck of a time getting the versa to sync. really frustrating

so, I put my versa is the charger and it reset the time, to the correct time! so happy

Anyone experiencing this issue, try factory reset and go through all the set up steps. It worked for me after trying syncing, restarting, changing time zone etc as per Fitbit chat live's recommendations. Didn't work so i finally decided to take a chance and factory reset it. DONE.

This did work for me. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app, changed time zone and resynced. Not sure what else to do.

It worked! Took in off automatic, selected another time zone, synched. Went back into the settings and put it back t my time zone and the time was correct. Thanks!
