Last week my time went crazy on my Versa Lite. I tried all the suggestions, and the only way left was a factory reset. Well, I did that and now I have basically NOTHING! After 2 days of trying, I finally got my iphone to find the watch. Now it tells me there's an update but it constantly fails. The watch has a dim screen (even in the charger) that tells me to d/l the Fitbit app. I'm totally at a loss. I've rebooted the phone, the watch, turned BT off and back on on the phone, I have no idea where to go from here but I miss my watch!

Let me help you updating your Versa lite. It seems that the issue is the connection between your phone and your device. To clarify the Versa lite will update (if there is any update available) after syncing periodically with your phone or computer as it downloads a small part of the update every time it syncs. You can try the following:
