When I'm on the treadmill, the fitbit days my heart rate is 105 or so...I know it's adding 140 or 150. My heart rate can be 105 just when I'm working at the hospital! Very frustrating!

It's adding 140 or 150 and getting 105? That doesn't compute.
Are you walking or running and at what speed? What do you think your heart rate should be? And when working, what are you doing that takes your heart rate to 105?
Have you stepped off the treadmill onto the rails and manually taken your pulse? The old "count pulses for 15 seconds and times by four" routine?
