Versa heart rate and notifications issues

Hi,

 

I had purchased a Fitbit Versa at Best Buy approximately 3-4 months ago. The past week, the HR is not working. The green light doesn’t come on. I have tried to play with the settings, I did a factory reset. All of which did not resolve the issue. I also noticed I am no longer receiving text notifications. I am very upset as I have used Fitbit since they came out and never had a problem. I had thought about buying an Apple Watch, but went with the Fitbit Versa because I am a loyal customer. I am unsatisfied with how my Versa is working. Can someone please offer a solution?

I followed all of the recommendations. I still have having problems. I am now having more problems with my Fitbit not registering activity or my active steps/hour. Please help!!! I’m very frustrated and upset because I love my Fitbit.
