At first my Versa heart rate stopped working at just displayed the “—“. After looking online and using this forum, I was able to reboot the Versa several times. However, the heart continued to stop working. Furthermore, after the last reboot, the touch screen is also not working. My Versa Fitbit is 4 days old.
Thank you Jon

Hi there, @Jonny1428831. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from.
As a first approach, I'd like you to check if your Versa is paired to your Fitbit account. To do so, go to your Fitbit account, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image. If you realized that your watch is not linked to your account, please set it up by following these steps.
Once you make sure that your watch is properly linked and syncing to your Fitbit account, check if the heart rate starts working. If that is not the case, I'd recommend following the steps below:
For more information, see What factors can affect my heart-rate reading on my Fitbit device?
As for the screen not working, please restart your Versa once again as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
Hope that helps.
