My Versa is reading incredibly high heart rates from time to time when I'm sedentary. When I exercise it is off the charts. I have checked my pulse on numerous occasions and am averaging around 60 bpm's when inactive. I have tried all the solutions I can find online to solve this issue and none have worked. I was hoping that with the latest software and firmware updates this issue would resolve but unfortunately, it has continued. Please please help it has been over a month now and I'm beginning to think I would be better off with another tracker.

I've been petting my dog or brushing my hair and had it be in the 120s🤣 at first it totally freaked me out because I thought I was having a heart attack or something. The only reason I know it's false reading is because I've actually tested it. I've sat in the chair and shook my arm and watch it go up to crazy ridiculous numbers. Sometimes I think it's not even worth wearing.

Tell me about it. It is an expensive product and I really would expect more. After researching for a few weeks now it seems this is a very common problem and Fitbit doesn't seem to be very helpful with regards to providing solutions. I suppose its time to cut my losses and move to another provider. it's a shame because I really like everything else Fitbit has to offer. does anyone know or recommend a solid tracker Fitbit or otherwise that I can rely on to accurately track my heart rate.
