Versa heart rate issues

Sooooooo disappointed with @Fitbit customer service!!!! Had to Trouble shoot my Versa for over an hr and the issue was still not fixed! Within my warranty and was denied a replacement, expected sooooo much more from their customer service especially when this is my 3rd Fitbit device. I always heard their customer service was amazing sad to see it isn’t so.

Actually it is still under warranty so I have no idea why it can’t be replaced SINCE I WAS TOLD by a representative that that’s exactly what they would do.
