I purchased 2 versas in November and at the beginning of the month within a week of each other, both mine and my husbands watches crashed. His just flashes, mine zeroes everything out. Tried to reset each to factory settings and after doing so, they will not sync back to phone.....

Hi @AWL1203 Have you tried restarting several times? Restart your tracker
What phone/s are you using? Are they on the Supported Devices List?

Yes I have tried reset several times and have tried to sync several times. And yes I am using a supported device.
