Versa heart rate not syncing

My heart rate data for entire days sporadically does not sync. In real time the heart rate monitor is working fine and I can see my heart rate but when I go back to check the entire day there is no data. This happened twice this week. Any solutions?

@hipsterrd it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it's not syncing your heart rate properly.

 

Please make sure that your phone has the most recent Fitbit app version installed. If the app is up to date, try logging out of the app, restart your phone, open the app and log in. Finally, restart your Versa as described in this help article and monitor your heart rate readings in order to see if all the data gets synced properly.

Hi, my versa is also experiencing the same issue. I tried all the above but it's still not working. What can I do?

I appreciate the time spent trying the troubleshooting steps that I shared above. Please let me know what is the brand and model of your phone.

 

In the meantime, try a factory reset. To do so on your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data. Please sync your watch before this in order to avoid losing any current data. After this, monitor your Fitbit app and see if your heart rate shows the heart rate that your watch tracks.
