Versa heart rate sensor blinking constantly

This morning my Versa green light at the back was up lit continuously, it was a kind of flickering light. I restarted my watch and it was gone. Has someone experienced the same and does anyone know why this was happening? My watch was not on my arm this night. Many thanks!

It's great to welcome you @SunsetRunner.

If you are having issues with the heart rate sensor of your Versa, I recommend restarting it by doing the following:

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. Robot Happy

Yesterday I noticed the Heartrate light on the back of my Versa constantly flickering. It kept waking me up at first I thought it was ok. But now today it’s still flickering and I know it was not doing that before yesterday. Thank you for posting this it tells me something is wrong.
