Versa isn’t tracking my sleep at all. My old charge 2 tracked perfectly. Any suggestions?

@revjavaman Can you please elaborate? You do not see sleep stages or nothing at all? You do not see any sleep data in the Fitbit mobile app and on Fitbit.com or only on Versa (in Today app)? Can you see the heart rate recordings? Heart rate is necessary for sleep stages. Have you tried rebooting your tracker several times by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo appears? If your heart rate is not being tracked, please go to Settings app on your Versa (swiping left), tap it and scroll down to heart rate. Please toggle it ON and OFF with a reboot of versa in between. Also, make sure the sensor lights are flashing, you're wearing Versa's band tight enough, and that Versa's battery is not critically low (anything between below 10-15) as the sensor may turn off automatically. I recommend toggling the heart rate settings ON/OFF, rebooting and placing on charger.

@revjavaman Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa is not tracking your sleep.
I'd like to follow up on this and would like to know if the issue persists or if your Versa is now tracking your sleep after following the great advice that shared my friend @Marrrmaduke.
As a side note, make sure that your Versa is not being worn too tight.
If his post was helpful, please accept it as a solution.
