So I’ve had my Versa for 2 years. The HR sensor has stopped working. The lights underneath the watch don’t come on at all so it won’t pick up my HR (my heart rate sensor is supposed to be on as it is turned on in my settings). I also noticed that where my watch should have a “CLEAR” button in the Notification Center, it shows up as “~d436534”. It also doesn’t allow me to go to the quick settings screen from the Notification Center because it doesn’t even come up. When I press and hold my left button (should bring up music controls) the message I get is “NO TRANS”. My watch will not track any of my sleep. My watch is so incredibly slow it that it takes minutes for me to do anything on my watch. I have tried restarting my watch several times and a factory reset. All of these problems have started a couple days ago. I gave it a few days so I could troubleshoot and nothing have worked. If anyone has any idea as to how I can fix my watch, I would greatly appreciate it so I’m NOT impressed with Fitbit and their products currently.
