Versa steps subtracted

I was over 8,500 steps when my Fitbit suddenly reverted to 6500 steps. Has anyone had this experience or know what to do about it? I just got my versa yesterday.

@RY79 I'm sorry for the late response. However, I'd like to welcome you to our Fitbit Community.

 

I'd also like to follow up on the issue that your Versa is experiencing since the steps reverted back to 6500.

 

Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. This will refresh your watch internally. After this, monitor your Versa's behavior and see if the steps don't revert as it did previously.

I just got my versa to end tonight I did 10,005 steps when it sinks however, it showed only 7800. What do I do?

Regarding the subtracted steps issue that your Versa experienced, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they sent you an email with some information and instructions. Please reply to their email in order to proceed accordingly.
