Hello! My heart rate so see is wayyy off. It says I am over 130, sometimes 180’s throughout the day when I am resting at times. I tried restarting and turning off the heart rate and syncing but still no solution. I don’t know what else to do!

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Kmichi.
Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I understand how you are feeling and would like to advise that heart rate can be affected by a number of factors at a given moment. For more information about it and how to improve its accuracy, please see this help article: How do I track my heart rate with my Fitbit device?
By the way, I've moved your post to Other Versa Smartwatches board so we can keep our forums organized.
Hope this helps.

Same with me and it’s definitely the watch/sensor and not my heart rate. A red sensor on the back stays on constantly and currently, sitting in my chair and haven’t moved for a long while, my heart rate is 176 as has been for 5 hours! Ha! I’d be long dead if that was true! Think my watch is dying after less than a year. Super frustrating.

This is a very common issue with the original Versa. When I first got it, it worked as advertised and I was a happy camper. Then, the first update happened and it has been wonky ever since. I have one of the early units and mine has always registered a double hear-rate. I just live with it. I have also read several articles about the IR sensor having trouble with skin pigments and actual placement on the wrist in regards to how one's veins run. I have a medium skin tone.
