Versa home button isn't working

Semi vs battery had died and it took me a couple of days to find my charger when I went to go charge it it was taking a really long time and then when it reached a hundred percent I turned it on I went into one of my menu screens to check the weather and nothing I do with the home button works it's like it's broken. I tried doing a soft reset but again the home button seems not to be working.

Hi @Vickie628  Can you navigate to the Settings app? You shouldn't need the back button to get there. Scroll down to About and turn the Versa off, then press any button to turn it on again. If that doesnt fix the issue with the back button, try a factory reset (also settings app and About) and if that doesnt do it then please come back here.
