Versa inaccurate sleep tracking

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My versa sleep score is showing me as asleep when I am actually awake and moving around, but not recording my sleep when I am actually sound asleep.  It even shows me asleep with a time that is in the future.

For example, on Wed, it lists me sleeping from 4:17 pm to 7:12 pm.  I was awake, moving and even driving during that time.  Today is shows me sleeping from 8:47 pm to 12:37 am, though it is only 1:34 pm.

I've reset my Versa and synced it but no change.

@CWWAgram, I apologize for the delayed response. However, let me welcome you to our Fitbit Community.

I would like to follow up and would like to know if your Fitbit Versa is still tracking your sleep wrong or if it got resolved. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

In the meantime, I'd like you to try a factory reset. To do so on your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data. Please sync your watch before this in order to avoid losing current data.

Finally, monitor your watch for the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.

Keep me posted on the outcome.
