Versa doesn't display the correct time

My watch is over an hour behind sometimes ...how do I fix it? Other times it is synced with my phone like right after charging however the longer it is off the charger the further off in time it is.

Regarding the time issues that your Fitbit Versa is experiencing, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via phone.
