My Versa does not count all the steps I walk. Today I wore my Fitbit One and my Versa. The Fitbit One calculated I had walked 5945 steps today but my Versa only calculated 4353, that is a 1592 steps difference.
I have had my Versa less than a month and it always seems less steps than I walk since I got it. I changed stride and it didn't make a difference. It also doesn’t calculated any active steps even though I am outside gardening and doing yard work, zero activity!
Can anyone help me? This is an expensive piece of equipment and it can not be returned to Best Buy.

Hey @iam1crazycrab, it's great to see you around.
Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. Keep in mind that Fitbit One and Fitbit Versa are 2 different trackers and the information they register may vary, but if you think that your Versa isn't being accurate, I recommend checking how many steps you have so far, walk another 100 steps, check how many it registered and let me know about it.
Hope to hear from you soon. ![]()

I am having the same issue with my Versa. Today we walked a trail at a state park which states it is 5.8 miles and my Versa only gave me credit for 4.9 😳
