I have just received my FitBit Versa, only to find out it does not sync with my phone; Huawei P20 Lite. So I turned to my MacBook Air with also does not sync with the Versa. Please can someone help me with this issue!

There is an app in the Google Play store that can help your phone sync with your Versa.  Look at
