Versa incorrect distance running

My versa consistently underreports distance run. This is with GPS phone connected or disconnected. If I track via the fitbit phone app the distance is more accurate (same run path for both). No change if I enter stride length (increased to 45 to attempt to compensate)

Have you setup your stride setting?

Fitbit uses both GPS and stride for distance calculations

I did, I increased the stride length by 30% to try and compensate for how much it was off - no change
