Versa 2 screen is black

Monday afternoon my versa screen went black. The battery was at 80%. I’ve had it on charger and nothing. The app says it’s charging but nothing shows up on screen. It vibrates when someone calls or text but I can’t see anything. I tap the screen and nothing shows up. I’ve tried holding the side button but it does nothing. Please help.

I’ve  had mine since November of last year. This is the 2nd time it’s done it. The first time it came back on after 2 hours. Not this time. I’m furious. We pay a lot of these products. They should work.
