Good evening, my fit bit versa completely gave out and i will like to know if I have warranty before purchasing a new one. How could i go about that?

The warranty runs for 12 months from purchase (24 months if you are in Europe) but there are some conditions. You can read the full terms at http://www.fitbit.com/returns

 

You start a claim by contacting customer support via: contact.fitbit.com They can check your warranty status and advise on your options.
