Because my Versa was not tracking my heart rate and sleep score I did a factory reset. During set up I somehow got it into sleep mode and cannot get it out. Anyone know how to get it out of sleep mode?

On wrist, it is in Settings > Quiet Modes

Yes, it is. Either I didn't understand your question, or do you want someone to elaborate in more detail how to get to Settings, and then to Quiet Modes under Settings, and then how to find Sleep Mode under Quiet Modes?

Nice to see you here, @dstephenson64 and thanks for the assistance @JohnnyRow.
@dstephenson64 When you say that you're stuck on the sleep mode, do you mean that your Versa is stuck on the sleep option under the watch's settings? If that's the case and your Versa is not going back by pushing the left button, please try doing a soft restart by pushing the left and bottom right buttons for 10 seconds until you see the Fitbit icon on the display.
Hope this helps.

I tried it and still didn’t work. Cannot change brightness, do not disturb and sleep mode. They are all “dimed”.

I am experiencing the same issue. This is the second time in 3 months. Why hasn’t this bug gotten fixed. It does not reset after a hard reboot of soft reboot.

Did anyone find a resolution to this issue. I’m getting very close to switching to Apple.
