Versa is acting odd overall

My Versa screen keeps bouncing and won't stay still on the clock. It is bouncing between screens. The battery is draining daily. I receive phone call notifications but not text messages. Getting very frustrated with this product despite having one for many years. I have a pixel 3a and it did work but has stopped. If it won't work this will be my last fitbit

Thanks for the details shared in your post about the difficulties you're recently experience with your watch, please note that our main purpose is to avoid negative experiences to our customers, we're always willing to help and provide troubleshooting steps. 

 

If the Versa is still flickering between screens, I'd recommend to restart it by following these steps: How do I restart my Fitbit device? 

 

The battery may be draining due to this screen behavior, however, I'd suggest taking a look at these tips and recommendations to extend your Versa's battery life. 

 

In regards to the text notifications not coming through your watch, please make sure you've  set them up as described here: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?. If you get any sort of error message on the watch or Fitbit app let me know what it's so I can go from there.

Thank you for the response. I have done all of the things you mentioned. The fitbit this morning was completely dead despite having been fully charged the day before. I used to get 3 days between charges and I haven't changed anything. Everything on my phone and fitbit indicates that I should be receiving text notifications but they don't come through. Phone calls do. This is the second Versa I've had that has started to behave this way. The last one just completely died and nothing I did would get it to turn back on. I thinking this one is going the same way and I won't be purchasing another one if this happens. As much as I have enjoyed the product over the years, I will find something else if this one dies or won't receive texts.
