Versa is acting odd

My fitbit versa worked fine until yesterday. Now the notifications keep vibrating every 30 seconds to 2 minutes, even when there are no notifications and it says "nothing new here you're all caught up" .. it is driving me crazy with the little vibrations every couple of seconds. Often it will vibrate, come on the screen, vibrate again, disappear and then vibrate a third time and appear. Also, the screen will magically be on the exercise screen when I pushed no buttons. Can anyone help me? I have shut the fitbit down and I put it on the charger to "reset" it but neither of those options helped.

Also, when the fitbit magically goes to the exercise screen or something, the three side buttons don't work when pushed unless I push the left side button with the bottom right button which brings it back to the clock face.

Thank you for anyone that can help me

Welcome to the Community Forums @BellaItalia088! I'm sorry for the late response. Thanks for already restarting your Versa to solve the odd behavior.

Besides the restart you performed, turn it off and turn it back on. For more information, see How do I turn off my Fitbit device?

I was about to create a support case on your behalf, but I've seen you contacted our Support Team after posting here and that they have helped you with this.
