Versa screen isn’t working

I can still use the buttons on the Fitbit versa but the screen itself isn’t working. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Welcome to the Community Forums @Ssobities! I'm sorry for the late response. 

If the Versa screen isn't working, please try to restart it by following the steps below:

  1. Press and hold the back and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. For Fitbit Versa Lite Edition, hold the back button for 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

If the restart doesn't work, please check on the Fitbit app if your Charge 3 is still syncing. If so, change the clock face to a different one to see if this brings back the display. Don't worry if you cannot see anything on the display by now, this process is done through the Fitbit app.
