Versa is acting slow

I've had my fitbit versa since the end of May this year and all of a sudden its acting really slow when I turn my wrist the watch wont automatically come on and then i press a button and it still wont come on and after around 20 seconds it comes on with lines like it's broken and then it will come on and act normal, it does this once or twice a day and nothing i do will help?

See if a Restart will help, Libby, and do it several times if necessary.

I’m having the same problem. A reset does not work, it won’t connect to my bluetooth and when i finally get the  “connect to the fitbit app” screen it’s  slow and unresponsive. Are there any other tips apart from a reset.
