Unable to access Wallet-Versa

Every time I try to access wallet through my PC app an error message pops up "Please setup your sign-in options (Windows Hello or PIN)".

 

Can someone please advise where I can set this up?  I've setup Device Lock via both the PC app and the iphone app, 

 

I've set up a card for Fitbit Pay through my iphone app and it appears on the Versa but doesn't work at point of sale terminals.  When the Versa syncs with the PC, the card disappears from the Versa.

 

I've restarted the phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the apps, etc.

@Gilesy_au You need both devices you sync with protected by PIN, Face ID (Hello) or Fingerprint. Please take a look at this help article how to set up your windows device.
