Versa is completely dead

After 2 years of use, my original Versa suddenly died today. As in  a black screen I cannot activate by any movement, combination of buttons, nor by recharging. In the charger, the Versa does get warm, but displays nothing. This unit has never been subject to trauma or water exposure.

I'm open to any last ditch suggestions.

The exact same thing just happened to me! I have no idea what’s going on 🤷🏻‍:female_sign:

I'm seeing a lot of posts with similar complaints.

It seems that 2 years is the expected life for a Versa.

Which is better that the Fitbit Flyer I bought, which died after only 3 weeks.

I am going through this issue as well. I just live chatted and my warranty was up about a month ago and they will only give 25% off. I am not happy as this is my second Fitbit I have had and have had issues with both

this happened to me this morning, yesterday but watch kept vibrating! i had charged it to full that night and when i got home it was at 52%. i contacted fitbit and they told me what to do and get back to them, right after the chat ended my watch stated vibrating again, the a green line and the screen would not work. i put it on the charger and this morning i went and the screen was black and i could not get it to turn on so i contaced them again and all was said was they would give me a 25% discount and ended the chat!!!!!!!!!!
