Versa is flickering between screens

Hello,

My Versa has begun switching screens and vibrating intermittently on its own.  I removed all clock faces and performed a factory reset, yet it continues to do this.  As I type this message with the Versa resting on my desk, the screen is lighting up and switching to the exercise menu and then switching itself to the shortcut menu, vibrating each time it does this.  It will then stop for awhile and do it again.
Does anyone have any fixes?  The factory reset does not seem to have done it.

Seems like a hardware fault, or did you do a firmware update?

Probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.
