I have a versa lite for a month or 2. I noticed my fitbit is losing steps. I tried to reset but the problem keeps coming back. Anyone else noticed this and found a solution?

Hi @LesleyGibbs, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Versa Lite since it's not losing steps. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
Please try a factory reset. To do so on your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data. Sync your watch before this in order to avoid losing current data.
After this, monitor your watch for the next 24 hours and see if it doesn't lose steps walked.
