Versa is losing time

I have been using my versa since Oct 2018 with my Samsung Galaxy 6s and all was well til a few days ago. I first started manually trying to sync them and after a few tries it worked but then started losing time again. I would resync and then after it kept losing time it wouldn't resync I tried powering off my watch and my phone, it says I'm still paired with my watch. In desperation I set it back to factory settings, now my watch says to download the fitbit app so I uninstalled it and reinstalled it now my watch is stuck on the original screen saying to download the app and won't do anything else except to scroll the message in all the different languages.

@tillievanilli it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it's losing time. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

If you haven't done so, please restart your Versa as described in this help article. This will refresh your watch internally. After this, try the setup process again and see if the issues get fixed.

Keep me posted on the outcome! Smiley Happy

Right now my Versa is stuck on waiting to download fitbit app. I have e-mailed the company and have had numerous discussions with them about the versa. I have a Samsung Galaxy S6 with a 5.0 operating system the company told me they can't give me a new watch because others are having issues with the 5.0. This is my opinion the company said they were working on the issue and hopeful it wouldn't be long until they resolved the problem. So I started reading other peoples post and mainly others were having trouble with time, and batteries being used faster than usual, and a few stated it was after they updated their fitbits on or after May 22 20019. Hope this help anyone who is experiencing issues with their fitbits.
