Hello everyone,

I have searched through the forum for answers for this but none of it works for me. My heart rate sensor stop working, is there any other way for it to work again. I’ve only had it for a year and two months. I really hope I don’t have to purchase another

Hi @Shree10rog88  Have you tried restarting the Versa several times? Also have you tried turning the heart rate to OFF in the settings app on the watch, restart the Versa and then turn it to ON. If all else fails try a Factory Reset (settings app on the watch and scroll down to About)
