Just got my new Fitbit in the mail today from amazon and I plugged the charger in and set it in the charger and it hasn’t charged at all, it’s been plugged in for almost 3 hours and still says 0%

@Bkeiser it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your new Fitbit Versa since it won't take a charge even though you've charged it for almost 3 hours.
I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your Versa again and see if it charges properly. Also, check out if it vibrates when you plug it in the charger.
