For the last 2 nights my Versa has not recorded my sleep history. Is anyone
else having this problem? Does anyone know how to fix this?

Yes, same thing happened to me. Last night (Sun into Mon) was the only time it has happened, so far. Versa was powered on, on my wrist all night, and I haven’t had log problems before. The device is only about 4 months old now
