Versa not turning on fully

I factory reset my Versa. Now it will not come on fully, keeps stuck at the Fitbit icon saying to start, download app. I uninstalled & reinstalled everything. Still stuck on the icon, I have turn off & on several times, still stuck.

I'd like you to restart your Versa as described in this help article. This will refresh your watch internally. After this, check out if the issue gets fixed.
